The Out of the Blue 12-week online course will teach us that the cost of suppressing our emotions can lead to depression. Without fully appreciating the effects that social conditioning has on our belief systems, we often create unhealthy habits and patterns to protect ourselves from some of the most uncomfortable and intense emotions. It takes an enormous amount of energy to avoid how we are truly feeling and to put on a façade of having it together.
