When we are clear about our goals, when we know where to put our focus, it reduces the amount of distraction we feel when we are set on healing something within ourselves.
Take a moment, close your eyes and listen to your body’s wisdom as to what you would like to shift and change in your life. Frame the intention positively so that you are moving towards this goal. Whisper it out loud so your body hears the wisdom of your words.
Cut any cords to expectations on how or when this intention will manifest itself. Stay awake and aware of how life then offers you resolution and healing over time. Living in gratitude for these shifts, however big or small, attracts more of what we put out for.
